{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-671.574","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 671.574","heading":"Inactive status for landscape construction professional license.","body":"(1) If a landscape construction professional is not operating as a landscape construction professional, the State Landscape Contractors Board may, upon request, place the license of the landscape construction professional in inactive status.\n      (2) A landscape construction professional in inactive status remains subject to board jurisdiction, licensing requirements and fees.\n      (3) A landscape construction professional that is in inactive status may not perform or supervise work as a landscape construction professional.\n      (4) A landscape construction professional license may not be placed or maintained in inactive status more than once during a licensing period.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
