{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-675.661","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 675.661","heading":"Employer to pay supervision costs for certain behavioral health care providers.","body":"A public or private entity that employs mental health care providers who supervise associates, interns or other individuals who must have supervised clinical experience as a condition of licensure as a mental health care provider shall pay all costs incurred by the supervisor in providing supervision and the costs of the individual receiving supervision if the supervisor is:\n      (1) A licensed psychologist, as defined in ORS 675.010;\n      (2) A clinical social worker licensed under ORS 675.530;\n      (3) A master’s social worker licensed under ORS 675.533;\n      (4) A licensed marriage and family therapist, as defined in ORS 675.705; or\n      (5) A licensed professional counselor, as defined in ORS 675.705.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
