{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-676.405","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 676.405","heading":"Release of personal information.","body":"(1) As used in this section, “health professional regulatory board” means the agencies listed in ORS 676.160 and the Health Licensing Office created in ORS 676.560.\n      (2) Notwithstanding ORS 192.311 to 192.478, a health professional regulatory board may, at its discretion, release or withhold the personal electronic mail address, home address and personal telephone number for a person licensed, registered or certified by the board. If the personal electronic mail address, home address or personal telephone number is requested for a public health or state health planning purpose, the board shall release the information.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
