{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-676.645","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 676.645","heading":"Renewal of certificate; rules.","body":"(1) A certificate issued under ORS 676.640 (1) or (3) must be renewed annually. To renew a certificate under this section, a certified advanced esthetician must submit to the Health Licensing Office:\n      (a) A renewal application;\n      (b) Proof that the certified advanced esthetician has completed any continuing education requirements established by the Board of Certified Advanced Estheticians by rule; and\n      (c) The applicable renewal fee established under ORS 676.576.\n      (2) A temporary certificate issued under ORS 676.640 (4) expires as prescribed by the office by rule.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
