The rules must include at least rules to:\n      (1) Establish continuing education requirements for lactation counselors and lactation educators;\n      (2) Establish standards of practice for lactation counselors and lactation educators;\n      (3) Establish an authorization for lactation counselors and lactation educators;\n      (4) Prohibit the unauthorized practice as a lactation counselor or lactation educator, and prohibit the unauthorized use of the title “lactation counselor” or “lactation educator”; and\n      (5) Specify that a lactation counselor or lactation educator may provide services to a client who was pregnant regardless of the client’s birth outcome.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
