{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-678.398","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 678.398","heading":"Supervision of nurse intern; rules.","body":"(1) A registered nurse who is responsible for the supervision of a nurse intern:\n      (a) Is accountable at all times for the safety and well-being of patients to whom the nurse intern provides care;\n      (b) Shall maintain an awareness of the nursing tasks and functions performed by the nurse intern;\n      (c) Shall be immediately available to the nurse intern through methods determined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing; and\n      (d) Shall have knowledge of the tasks and functions that the nurse intern may perform.\n      (2) The board may adopt rules to carry out this section.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
