{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-678.447","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 678.447","heading":"Use of titles “medication aide,” “Certified Medication Aide” or “CMA.”","body":"(1) An individual may not use the title “medication aide” or “Certified Medication Aide” or the abbreviation “CMA” unless the individual:\n      (a) Is a nursing assistant;\n      (b) Has successfully completed training prescribed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing pursuant to ORS 678.440 for the administration of noninjectable medications; and\n      (c) Is authorized by the board to administer noninjectable medications.\n      (2) An individual who is currently enrolled in a program approved by the board under ORS 678.444 that includes training in the administration of noninjectable medications may use the title “student medication aide.”","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
