{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-679.991","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 679.991","heading":"Penalties for violations of ORS 679.020, 679.025, 679.170 or 679.176.","body":"(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 679.020 or 679.025 (1) is a Class C felony.\n      (2) Violation of ORS 679.170 or 679.176 is a Class B misdemeanor.\n      (3) In the event of a second or subsequent conviction under subsection (1) of this section, the court must impose a minimum sentence of 10 days of imprisonment.\n      (4) In any prosecution for violation of subsection (1) or (2) of this section, it is sufficient to sustain a conviction to show a single act of conduct in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and it is not necessary to show a general course of such conduct.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
