{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-681.710","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 681.710","heading":"License to practice music therapy; fees.","body":"The Health Licensing Office shall issue a license to practice music therapy to an applicant who:\n      (1) Is at least 18 years of age;\n      (2) Is in good standing in any other states where the applicant is licensed or certified to practice music therapy;\n      (3) Submits sufficient proof, as determined by the office, of:\n      (a) Having passed the Certification Board for Music Therapists examination;\n      (b) Current certification with the Certification Board for Music Therapists; or\n      (c) A professional designation of “registered music therapist,” “certified music therapist” or “advanced certified music therapist” issued by the National Music Therapy Registry;\n      (4) Pays a licensure fee; and\n      (5) Meets other qualifications specified by the office under ORS 681.730.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
