{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-687.056","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 687.056","heading":"Temporary practice permit.","body":"(1) The State Board of Massage Therapists may issue a temporary practice permit to a person who:\n      (a) Applies to the board in a manner prescribed by the board;\n      (b) Holds a valid authorization to practice massage issued by another state or territory of the United States or by a foreign country; and\n      (c) Pays the temporary practice permit fee required under ORS 687.071.\n      (2) A temporary practice permit issued under this section:\n      (a) Allows the holder to practice massage for the purpose of:\n      (A) Presenting educational or clinical programs, lectures, seminars or workshops;\n      (B) Furnishing massage services during an emergency as part of a disaster relief team; or\n      (C) Consulting with a massage therapist licensed in this state regarding massage practices or services.\n      (b) Is valid for not more than 180 days in a calendar year.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
