{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-687.485","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 687.485","heading":"Authority of Health Licensing Office; rules.","body":"In addition to the powers otherwise granted by ORS 687.405 to 687.495, the Health Licensing Office, in consultation with the State Board of Direct Entry Midwifery, may:\n      (1) Determine whether applicants meet the qualifications under ORS 687.405 to 687.495 and grant licenses to qualified applicants upon compliance with the rules of the board;\n      (2) Do any act necessary or proper to effect and carry out the duties required of the office by ORS 687.405 to 687.495; and\n      (3) Accept and expend donations, contributions and grant funds for the purposes of ORS 687.405 to 687.495.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
