The board shall issue a certificate to each person licensed. The certificate shall be prima facie evidence of the right of the person to whom it is issued to represent that person as a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, whichever certificate the person holds, subject to the provisions of ORS 688.010 to 688.201.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
