{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-704.035","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 704.035","heading":"Opportunity for hearing; judicial review of decision.","body":"(1) The State Marine Board shall provide an opportunity for hearing as required by ORS chapter 183 when the board proposes to:\n      (a) Deny issuance or renewal of an outfitter and guide registration or a crew member registration;\n      (b) Revoke or suspend an outfitter and guide registration or a crew member registration; or\n      (c) Reprimand an outfitter and guide or a crew member.\n      (2) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board under this chapter is entitled to judicial review of the decision in accordance with the procedure for contested cases provided by ORS chapter 183.","path":["17 - Occupations","52.
