{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-707.680","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 707.680","heading":"Special board meetings called by director; penalty for failure to attend.","body":"(1) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may call a meeting of the board of directors of any banking institution by mailing a notice of the meeting to each director. The notice shall state the purpose of the meeting and designate the time and place where the meeting shall be held.\n      (2) A director who fails to appear at the meeting without proper cause is subject to a penalty of up to $1,000 for each meeting the director fails to attend.
