{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-713.090","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 713.090","heading":"Reports; fees; examination and regulation.","body":"(1) An out-of-state bank or extranational institution that conducts banking business in this state shall file reports under oath with the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services in the form and giving the information the director requires.\n      (2) An out-of-state bank or extranational institution that conducts banking business in this state is subject to the fee provided in ORS 706.530 and to examination and regulation in the manner provided in ORS 706.500.\n      (3) This section does not apply to a federal bank.","path":["18 - Financial Institutions, Insurance","53.
