{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-72a.3070","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 72A.3070","heading":"Priority of liens arising by attachment or levy on goods; priority of certain security interests in goods.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in ORS 72A.3060, a creditor of a lessee takes subject to the lease contract.\n      (2) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (3) of this section and in ORS 72A.3060 and 72A.3080, a creditor of a lessor takes subject to the lease contract unless the creditor holds a lien that attached to the goods before the lease contract became enforceable.\n      (3) Except as otherwise provided in ORS 79A.3170, 79A.3210 and 79A.3230, a lessee takes a leasehold interest subject to a security interest held by a creditor of the lessor.","path":["02 - Business Organizations, Commercial Code","8.
