{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-743.826","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 743.826","heading":"Requirements for catastrophic plans.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n      (a) “Catastrophic plan” means a health benefit plan that meets the requirements for a catastrophic plan under 42 U.S.C. 18022(e).\n      (b) “Minimum essential coverage” has the meaning given that term in section 5000A(f) of the Internal Revenue Code.\n      (2) A carrier may offer a catastrophic plan only to an individual who:\n      (a) Is under 30 years of age at the beginning of the plan year; or\n      (b) Is exempt from any state or federal penalties imposed for failing to maintain minimum essential coverage during the plan year.","path":["18 - Financial Institutions, Insurance","56.
