Neither such a trust nor its insureds may receive any benefit from any such fund for claims arising out of the operations of the multiple employer welfare arrangement.\n      (2) A trust carrying out a multiple employer welfare arrangement may not participate in any joint underwriting association or mandatory liability pool established under the laws of this state.","path":["18 - Financial Institutions, Insurance","56.
