{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-777.137","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 777.137","heading":"Designation of position numbers for commissioners.","body":"(1) Each office of commissioner of the board of a port shall be designated by number as Position No. 1, Position No. 2, and so forth.\n      (2) The secretary of a port shall assign a position number to each office on the board. The number so assigned shall be certified by the secretary to the commissioner in office holding that position.
