Waiver.","body":"(1) A debtor or secondary obligor may waive the right to notification of disposition of collateral under ORS 79A.6110 only by an agreement to that effect entered into and signed after default.\n      (2) A debtor may waive the right to require disposition of collateral under ORS 79A.6200 (5) only by an agreement to that effect entered into and signed after default.\n      (3) Except in a consumer-goods transaction, a debtor or secondary obligor may waive the right to redeem collateral under ORS 79A.6230 only by an agreement to that effect entered into and signed after default.
