{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-8.195","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 8.195","heading":"Appointment of trial court administrators; removal.","body":"(1) Subject to applicable provisions of a personnel plan established by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, a person to serve as trial court administrator for:\n      (a) One judicial district shall be appointed by the presiding judge for the judicial district, with the approval of a majority of the circuit court judges in the district.\n      (b) The circuit court in a judicial district shall be appointed by the presiding judge for the judicial district, with the approval of a majority of the circuit court judges.\n      (c) Two or more adjoining judicial districts shall be appointed by the presiding judges for the judicial districts, with the approval of a majority of the circuit court judges in the districts.\n      (2) A trial court administrator may be removed from the office by the appointing presiding judge as provided in a personnel plan established by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.","path":["01 - Courts, Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure","1.
