{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-801.190","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 801.190","heading":"“Class I all-terrain vehicle.”","body":"“Class I all-terrain vehicle” means a motorized, off-highway recreational vehicle that:\n      (1) Is 50 inches or less in width;\n      (2) Has a dry weight of 1,200 pounds or less;\n      (3) Travels on three or more tires designed for off-road use only;\n      (4) Uses handlebars for steering;\n      (5) Has a seat designed to be straddled for the operator; and\n      (6) Is designed for or capable of cross-country travel on or immediately over land, water, sand, snow, ice, marsh, swampland or other natural terrain.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
