{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-801.194","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 801.194","heading":"“Class III all-terrain vehicle” and “Class IV all-terrain vehicle.”","body":"(1) “Class III all-terrain vehicle” means a motorcycle that travels on two tires and that is actually being operated off highway.\n      (2) “Class IV all-terrain vehicle” means any motorized vehicle that:\n      (a) Travels on four or more tires designed for off-road use only;\n      (b) Is designed for or capable of cross-country travel on or immediately over land, water, sand, snow, ice, marsh, swampland or other natural terrain;\n      (c) Has nonstraddle seating;\n      (d) Has a steering wheel for steering control;\n      (e) Has a dry weight of 3,500 pounds or less;\n      (f) Is 75 inches wide or less at its widest point; and\n      (g) Was originally manufactured for off-road use only.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
