{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-801.317","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 801.317","heading":"“Inhalant.”","body":"“Inhalant” means any glue, paint, cement or other substance that is capable of causing intoxication and that contains one or more of the following chemical compounds:\n      (1) Acetone;\n      (2) Amyl acetate;\n      (3) Benzol or benzene;\n      (4) Butane;\n      (5) Butyl acetate;\n      (6) Butyl alcohol;\n      (7) Carbon tetrachloride;\n      (8) Chloroform;\n      (9) Cyclohexanone;\n      (10) Difluoroethane;\n      (11) Ethanol or ethyl alcohol;\n      (12) Ethyl acetate;\n      (13) Hexane;\n      (14) Isopropanol or isopropyl alcohol;\n      (15) Isopropyl acetate;\n      (16) Methyl cellosolve acetate;\n      (17) Methyl ethyl ketone;\n      (18) Methyl isobutyl ketone;\n      (19) Nitrous oxide;\n      (20) Toluol or toluene;\n      (21) Trichloroethylene;\n      (22) Tricresyl phosphate;\n      (23) Xylol or xylene; or\n      (24) Any other solvent, material, substance, chemical or combination thereof having the property of releasing toxic vapors or fumes.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
