{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-801.462","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 801.462","heading":"“School zone.”","body":"(1) “School zone” means both of the following:\n      (a) A specific segment of highway that is adjacent to school grounds and that is marked by signs described in subsection (2) of this section.\n      (b) A crosswalk that is not adjacent to school grounds and that is marked by signs described in subsection (2) of this section.\n      (2) Signs marking a school zone may include any words, symbols or combination of words and symbols that gives notice of the presence of the school zone.\n      (3) As used in this section, “school” means a public or private educational institution for one or more levels kindergarten through grade 12 or a publicly funded early childhood education program located in a building currently or previously owned by a school district as defined in ORS 330.005.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
