This authority is in addition to the department’s authority to provide expedited services for other reasons on an individual case basis.\n      (2) The department may charge a fee of not more than $10 for providing expedited services authorized by this section.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
