{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-807.510","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 807.510","heading":"Transfer of documents for purposes of misrepresentation; penalty.","body":"(1) A person commits the offense of transfer of documents for the purposes of misrepresentation if the person:\n      (a) Manufactures, produces, sells, offers for sale or transfers to another person any document purporting to be a certified copy of a record of a live birth, certificate of baptism, driver license or any other document designated by the Department of Transportation by rule as acceptable for establishing age or identity; and\n      (b) Knows or has reason to know that the document may be used to represent a person as another person in obtaining documents issued by a government agency to grant driving privileges or for identification purposes.\n      (2) The offense described in this section, transfer of documents for purposes of misrepresentation, is a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
