{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-807.530","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 807.530","heading":"False application for license; penalty.","body":"(1) A person commits the offense of providing a false application for a license if the person in applying for a license or driver permit or for renewal or replacement thereof under the vehicle code knowingly:\n      (a) Uses or gives a false or fictitious name or identity;\n      (b) Gives or uses a false or fictitious address;\n      (c) Gives or uses a false age;\n      (d) Makes a false statement;\n      (e) Conceals a material fact;\n      (f) Uses or attempts to use false identification documents;\n      (g) Allows another person to take any test related to issuance of a license or permit on behalf of the applicant; or\n      (h) Otherwise commits fraud in the application.\n      (2) The offense described in this section, providing a false application for a license, is a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
