{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-811.060","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 811.060","heading":"Vehicular assault; penalty.","body":"(1) For the purposes of this section, “recklessly” has the meaning given that term in ORS 161.085.\n      (2) A person commits the offense of vehicular assault if:\n      (a) The person recklessly operates a vehicle upon a highway in a manner that results in contact between the person’s vehicle and:\n      (A) A bicycle operated by a person;\n      (B) A person operating a bicycle;\n      (C) A motorcycle operated by a person;\n      (D) A person operating a motorcycle;\n      (E) A passenger on a motorcycle; or\n      (F) A pedestrian; and\n      (b) The contact causes physical injury to the person operating a bicycle, the person operating a motorcycle, the passenger on a motorcycle or the pedestrian.\n      (3) The offense described in this section, vehicular assault, is a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
