{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-811.340","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 811.340","heading":"Improperly executed left turn; penalty.","body":"(1) A person commits the offense of making an improperly executed left turn if the person operates a vehicle and is intending to turn the vehicle to the left and the person does not:\n      (a) Approach the turn in the extreme left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the direction of travel of the turning vehicle;\n      (b) Make the left turn to the left of the center of the intersection whenever practicable; and\n      (c) Except as otherwise allowed by ORS 811.346, leave the intersection or other location in the extreme left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the same direction as such vehicle on the roadway being entered.\n      (2) The offense described in this section, improperly executing a left turn, is a Class B traffic violation.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
