{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-811.630","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 811.630","heading":"Misuse of program placard; penalty.","body":"(1) A person commits the offense of misuse of a program placard if the person:\n      (a) Is the driver of a vehicle that is being used as part of a program for the transportation of persons with disabilities; and\n      (b) Uses a program placard described under ORS 811.607 for any purpose other than exercising privileges granted under ORS 811.637.\n      (2) Except as provided in subsection (3) of this section, misuse of a program placard is a Class C traffic violation.\n      (3) A second or subsequent conviction for misuse of a program placard is a Class A traffic violation.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
