{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-811.806","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 811.806","heading":"Exceeding maximum speed for funeral procession; penalty.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person commits the offense of exceeding the maximum speed for a funeral procession if:\n      (a) The person is driving in a funeral procession on a highway with a speed limit of less than 50 miles per hour and the person drives at a speed that exceeds five miles per hour less than the speed limit; or\n      (b) The person is driving in a funeral procession on a highway with a speed limit greater than 50 miles per hour and the person drives at a speed that exceeds 45 miles per hour.\n      (2) The offense described in this section, exceeding the maximum speed for a funeral procession, is a Class D traffic violation.","path":["19 - Utilities, Vehicle Code, Watercraft, Aviation","59.
