The governing body of a city or county shall amend or cancel a development agreement by adoption of an ordinance declaring cancellation of the agreement or setting forth the amendments to the agreement.\n      (2) Until a development agreement is canceled under this section, the terms of the development agreement are enforceable by any party to the agreement.","path":["03 - Landlord-Tenant, Domestic Relations, Probate","10.
