{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-97.243","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 97.243","heading":"Veterans’ remains coordinator to report veteran status information to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and maintain list of reported eligible decedents.","body":"(1) A veterans’ remains coordinator who identifies or locates an eligible decedent shall report to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs:\n      (a) Veteran status information known about the veteran associated with the eligible decedent; and\n      (b) Contact information for the place and person in possession of the eligible decedent.\n      (2) The veterans’ remains coordinator shall establish and maintain a list of eligible decedents that are reported under subsection (1) of this section and make the list available in person or by telephone upon request by a county veterans’ service officer.","path":["03 - Landlord-Tenant, Domestic Relations, Probate","10.
