{"data":{"id":"us-or/ors-97.936","jurisdiction":"us-or","citation":"ORS 97.936","heading":"Emergency orders of suspension or restriction.","body":"(1) In addition to other actions authorized under ORS 97.948 (2), the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may:\n      (a) Issue an emergency order suspending or restricting a certificate or registration or ordering a certified provider or master trustee or an entity acting as a certified provider or master trustee to cease and desist from specified conduct; or\n      (b) Take other action deemed necessary by the director in the circumstances.\n      (2) The director shall promptly provide opportunity for hearing pursuant to ORS chapter 183.\n      (3) Emergency orders are:\n      (a) Effective when issued;\n      (b) Reviewable as provided in ORS 183.480; and\n      (c) Enforceable in the courts of this state.","path":["03 - Landlord-Tenant, Domestic Relations, Probate","10.
