{"data":{"id":"us-pa/11-pa.c.s.-11054","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"11 Pa.C.S. § 11054","heading":"Signatures, oath and time of signing.","body":"(a) Signers.--Each signer of a petition under section 11051 (relating to petition and reconsideration of ordinance) shall also do all the following:\n(1) Include the signer's address.\n(2) Make an oath before the city clerk or other person authorized under section 11053 (relating to additional petitions) that the signer:\n(i) Is a qualified elector of the city.\n(ii) Resides at the address given.\n(b) Office hours.--The city clerk shall keep the city clerk's office open, at a minimum, from 9 a.m. through 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays, for the purpose of receiving signatures to the petitions.
