{"data":{"id":"us-pa/11-pa.c.s.-141a03","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"11 Pa.C.S. § 141A03","heading":"Public nuisance.","body":"A building, housing or property erected, altered, extended, reconstructed, removed or maintained contrary to a provision of an ordinance enacted for a purpose specified in this chapter may be reported in accordance with Chapter 127A (relating to nuisance abatement) to the department designated to determine whether a public nuisance exists.
