{"data":{"id":"us-pa/16-pa.c.s.-12902","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"16 Pa.C.S. § 12902","heading":"Eligibility.","body":"(a) Treasurers.--An individual may not be eligible to the office of county auditor if the individual has been the treasurer of the county within the previous two years.\n(b) Officers.--An individual holding the office of county auditor may not at the same time hold an office or employment for the county or for a municipal authority of which the county is a member. A county auditor may not be employed in an administrative position by a school district or organization or entity that may be audited by the board of auditors.
