{"data":{"id":"us-pa/18-pa.c.s.-3022","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"18 Pa.C.S. § 3022","heading":"Professional licenses.","body":"(a) Suspension of professional license.--The professional license of a licensee who in the course of a violation of this chapter knowingly employs or permits the employment of a victim of human trafficking shall be suspended for a minimum period of one year.\n(b) Administrative procedure.--A suspension under subsection (a) shall be subject to 2 Pa.C.S. Chs. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and 7 Subch.
