{"data":{"id":"us-pa/18-pa.c.s.-7505","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"18 Pa.C.S. § 7505","heading":"Violation of governmental rules regarding traffic.","body":"Each Commonwealth agency shall promulgate rules and regulations governing all vehicular traffic at those Commonwealth facilities situated upon property of the Commonwealth which are within the exclusive jurisdiction of such agency including but not limited to regulations governing the parking of vehicles upon such property. Whoever violates any of the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this section governing the parking of vehicles shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $5.
