{"data":{"id":"us-pa/18-pa.c.s.-9540","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"18 Pa.C.S. § 9540","heading":"Custody of records of independent counsel.","body":"(a) Transfer of records.--Upon termination of the office of independent counsel, that independent counsel shall transfer to the Bureau of the Pennsylvania State Archives of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission all records which have been created or received by that office.
