{"data":{"id":"us-pa/20-pa.c.s.-3910","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"20 Pa.C.S. § 3910","heading":"Disclosure of other digital assets of principal.","body":"Unless otherwise ordered by the court, directed by the principal or provided by a power of attorney, a custodian shall disclose to an agent with specific authority over digital assets or general authority to act on behalf of a principal a catalog of electronic communications sent or received by the principal and any digital assets other than the content of electronic communications of the principal if the agent gives the custodian:\n(1) a written request for disclosure in physical or electronic form;\n(2) an original or a copy of the power of attorney that gives the agent specific authority over digital assets or general authority to act on behalf of the principal;\n(3) a certification by the agent, under penalty of perjury, that the power of attorney is in effect under section 5606 (relating to proof of continuance of powers of attorney by affidavit); and\n(4) if requested by the custodian:\n(i) any number, username, address or other unique subscriber or account identifier assigned by the custodian to identify the principal's account; or\n(ii) evidence linking the account to the principal.","path":["Title 20 - DECEDENTS, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES","CHAPTER 39 UNIFORM FIDUCIARY ACCESS TO DIGITAL ASSETS"],"source_url":"https://www.palegis.us/statutes/consolidated/view-statute?txtType=HTM\u0026ttl=20\u0026div=0\u0026chpt=39\u0026sctn=10\u0026subsctn=0","current_through":"2026-03-18 (Statute Update stamp, 20 Pa.C.S.)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T16:31:33Z","sha256":"31c0b1d84ad77d6c7fa73221dc390b03945e9280bf3e898e165aeb980bbd3ede","source_id":"us-pa","stale":false,"prev":"us-pa/20-pa.c.s.-3909","next":"us-pa/20-pa.c.s.-3911"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
