{"data":{"id":"us-pa/25-pa.c.s.-1705","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"25 Pa.C.S. § 1705","heading":"Votes.","body":"(a) Prohibition.--An election officer may not do any of the following:\n(1) Knowingly refuse the vote of a registered elector.\n(2) Knowingly accept the vote of an individual not registered under this part.
