{"data":{"id":"us-pa/3-pa.c.s.-2380.8","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"3 Pa.C.S. § 2380.8","heading":"Violations by licensees.","body":"(a) Notice.--The department must provide a licensee with written notice of a violation of this subchapter or a regulation under this subchapter. The notice must provide a time period within which to correct the violation.\n(b) Sanctions.--\n(1) If the licensee does not correct a violation specified in a notice under subsection (a) within the specified time period, the department may take the following actions:\n(i) Suspend the license.\n(ii) Revoke the license.\n(iii) Seek enforcement under section 2383 (relating to enforcement and penalties).\n(2) Paragraph (1)(i) and (ii) are subject to 2 Pa.C.S. Chs. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and 7 Subch.
