{"data":{"id":"us-pa/3-pa.c.s.-4613","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"3 Pa.C.S. § 4613","heading":"Duties and authority of department.","body":"(a) Department authority to enter into trademark license agreements.--\n(1) The department may enter into a trademark license agreement with a qualified entity.\n(2) The department shall establish the terms and conditions under which a person may be licensed to use the Pennsylvania Preferred® trademark or Pennsylvania Preferred Organic® trademark.
