{"data":{"id":"us-pa/34-pa.c.s.-2904","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"34 Pa.C.S. § 2904","heading":"Permit fees.","body":"(a) Annual fees.--The annual fee for permits provided for in this chapter shall be as follows:\n(1) Bird banding - $25.\n(2) Collecting - $25.\n(3) (Deleted by amendment).\n(3.1) Temporary permit for disabled person - $5 for the license year.\n(4) Dog training area - $50.\n(5) Dog trials (three consecutive days):\n(i) Field trials - $25 per day.\n(ii) Raccoon trials - $25 per day.\n(iii) Retriever trials - $25.\n(6) Endangered or threatened species:\n(i) Native - $300.\n(ii) Non-native - free with necessary Federal permit.\n(7) Falconry - $50.\n(8) Fox chasing - $150.\n(9) Fur dealers:\n(i) Resident - $100.\n(ii) Nonresident - $300.\n(10) Regulated hunting grounds:\n(i) Commercial - $100 for first 100 acres and $25 for each additional 100 acres, or part thereof.\n(ii) Noncommercial - $38 for first 100 acres and $8 for each additional 100 acres, or part thereof.\n(11) Retriever training area - $50.\n(12) (Deleted by amendment).\n(13) Wildlife (exotic) dealer - $200.\n(14) Wildlife menagerie - $100.\n(15) Wildlife (exotic) possession - $50 per animal.\n(16) Wildlife propagation - $25 for one species and $10 for each additional species.\n(17) Commercial wildlife pest control - $50.\n(b) Disabled permit fees.--The disabled permit fee for a disabled person shall be a one-time fee of $5, which is valid for the lifetime of the disabled person.\n(c) Other fees.--The commission shall set a reasonable fee for any permit required by this title which is not specifically set forth in this section.","path":["Title 34 - GAME","CHAPTER 29 SPECIAL LICENSES AND PERMITS","SUBCHAPTER A GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://www.palegis.us/statutes/consolidated/view-statute?txtType=HTM\u0026ttl=34\u0026div=0\u0026chpt=29\u0026sctn=4\u0026subsctn=0","current_through":"2026-01-06 (Statute Update stamp, 34 Pa.C.S.)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T16:32:38Z","sha256":"418beb7cc1fd2bd4d9bdc4f482cf2d3f428c24fb18d1490cea9203638488e477","source_id":"us-pa","stale":false,"prev":"us-pa/34-pa.c.s.-2903","next":"us-pa/34-pa.c.s.-2905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
