{"data":{"id":"us-pa/35-pa.c.s.-8140","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"35 Pa.C.S. § 8140","heading":"Conditional temporary licenses.","body":"When an EMS agency or an applicant for a license to operate as an EMS agency does not provide service 24 hours per day and seven days per week or is unable to participate in a county-level or broader-level emergency medical response plan approved by the department, the department shall issue a conditional temporary license for operation of the EMS agency when the department determines that it is in the public interest, subject to such terms as the department deems appropriate.
