{"data":{"id":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-13b20.3","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"4 Pa.C.S. § 13B20.3","heading":"Fee.","body":"(a) Required fee.--\n(1) An interactive gaming certificate holder shall pay a one-time, nonrefundable fee upon the authorization to conduct interactive gaming at a qualified airport through the use of multi-use computing devices in accordance with this subchapter.\n(2) The amount of the fee shall be as follows:\n(i) If the airport is an international airport located partially in a county of the first class and partially in a county contiguous to a county of the first class, the amount of the fee shall be $2,500,000.\n(ii) If the airport is an international airport located in a county of the second class, the amount of the fee shall be $1,250,000.\n(iii) If the airport is an international airport located in a county other than a county of the first or second class, the amount of the fee shall be $500,000.\n(iv) If the airport is a qualified airport that has not been designated an international airport, the amount of the fee shall be $125,000.\n(b) Deposit of fees.--Notwithstanding section 1208 (relating to collection of fees and fines), all fees received by the board under this subchapter shall be deposited in the General Fund.","path":["Title 4 - AMUSEMENTS","PART II GAMING","CHAPTER 13B INTERACTIVE GAMING","SUBCHAPTER B.1 MULTI-USE COMPUTING DEVICES"],"source_url":"https://www.palegis.us/statutes/consolidated/view-statute?txtType=HTM\u0026ttl=04\u0026div=0\u0026chpt=0\u0026sctn=0\u0026subsctn=3","current_through":"2026-08-05 (Statute Update stamp, 4 Pa.C.S.)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T16:30:18Z","sha256":"a1ee9c6398a7026653b1ce7d5ee12d9f88470096e882b7aca9697ae2c443f42e","source_id":"us-pa","stale":false,"prev":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-13b20.2","next":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-13b20.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
