Ch. 93 (relating to race horse industry reform) to obtain a separate license, permit or registration to be employed in a casino simulcasting permit holder's casino simulcasting operation authorized under this chapter, if the board, in consultation with the commission, determines that licensure under the provisions of this part or 3 Pa.C.S.
