{"data":{"id":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-3505","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"4 Pa.C.S. § 3505","heading":"Key employee licenses.","body":"(a) License required.--All key employees shall obtain a key employee license from the board.\n(b) Application.--A key employee license application shall be in a form prescribed by the board and shall include the following:\n(1) Verification of status as a key employee from a terminal operator licensee, establishment licensee, manufacturer licensee or supplier licensee.\n(2) A description of employment responsibilities.\n(3) All releases necessary to obtain information from governmental agencies, employers and other organizations.\n(4) Details relating to a similar license or other authorization obtained in another jurisdiction.\n(5) Additional information required by the board.\n(c) Issuance.--Following review of the application and the background investigation, the board may issue a key employee license if the applicant has proven by clear and convincing evidence that the applicant is a person of good character, honesty and integrity and is eligible and suitable to be licensed as a key employee.\n(d) Nontransferability.--A license issued under this section shall be nontransferable.","path":["Title 4 - AMUSEMENTS","PART III VIDEO GAMING","CHAPTER 35 APPLICATION AND LICENSURE"],"source_url":"https://www.palegis.us/statutes/consolidated/view-statute?txtType=HTM\u0026ttl=04\u0026div=0\u0026chpt=35\u0026sctn=5\u0026subsctn=0","current_through":"2026-08-05 (Statute Update stamp, 4 Pa.C.S.)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T16:30:18Z","sha256":"1a920ee9a7208e885ee55f55c1b208b3f7c79fed9c40a072af3e638829f7fefd","source_id":"us-pa","stale":false,"prev":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-3504","next":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-3506"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
